Make Your Vote Count: What You Need to Know

Vote by Mail

Vote-by-mail ballots are typically available 33–40 days before an election. Osceola County voters may request a ballot online, by mail, or in person through the Osceola County Supervisor of Elections; requests must be received by 5:00 PM, 12 days before Election Day. Once your ballot arrives, complete it at your convenience and place it in the provided return envelope, making sure to seal, sign, and date the envelope using the signature on file. Ballots must be received by 7:00 PM on Election Day to be counted. Voters picking up a vote-by-mail ballot in person must present photo and signature identification.

Early Voting

The Osceola County Supervisor of Elections offers early voting at designated locations throughout the county, including the Supervisor of Elections main office. Early voting may be available up to two weeks before Election Day, with specific dates, times, and locations posted for each election on the Supervisor of Elections website. Voters will use the same voting equipment used on Election Day and must present a current photo ID with signature. Eligible voters may cast a ballot at any Osceola County early voting location, regardless of residential address.

Election Day

On Election Day, voters must go to their assigned polling location, which is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A current photo ID with signature is required. Voters can check their registration status, view a sample ballot, and find polling place information through the Osceola County Supervisor of Elections.
